Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- Email us at 97.ashraful@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp Message Us Here with your order number and requested changes.
- After 2 hours, orders are locked for production and cannot be modified or canceled.
- A 10% fee applies to cancellations.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
- Missing items in your order.
Please Note:
- Personalized gift items and digital templates are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature.
To request a refund or replacement:

- Attach clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll review and process your request promptly.
Important Notes:
- Refund/replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or 30 days of order date.
- Refunds take up to 10 business days and are issued via the original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- We’re not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
- If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-ordering and covering replacement costs.
